U.S. Air Force Col. Paul Johnson, 18th Operations Group commander, teaches members of Kadena Air Base, Japan, about an artillery emplacement and heavy Japanese naval gun during a professional development outing Jan. 8, 2015, on Iwo To, Japan, formerly known as Iwo Jima.
