Through Airmen’s Eyes: Better than owning a racecar

U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. David Custer, Vermont Air National Guard’s 158th Maintenance Squadron lead crew chief, services the cockpit of a U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon July, 22, 2015, on Kadena Air Base, Japan. Custer has been an ANG Airman for 12 years and has spent 11 of them within the same unit along with some of his peers. The F-16 provides a relatively low-cost, high-performance weapon system for the U.S. and allied nations. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class John Linzmeier)
