Shogun-New Gas Masks
New gas mask equipment, soon to be issued to Kadena Airmen. The Individual Protective Equipment flight, 18th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Kadena Air Base, Japan, stocks up the new M-50 gas mask in preparation for a base-wide distribution of the new equipment beginning March 1, 2009.

The Angel Tree program offers the opportunity for people in the community to give gifts to financially struggling military families during the holidays. The program is run by the Kadena chapel staff and provides gifts to 150-300 needy children every year.
