Okinawa City hosted an international carnival Nov. 21-22 just outside of Gate 2 at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The cultural event brought together many of the different cultures that exist on Okinawa through a colorful parade, tug-of-war, a variety of performances and exotic foods.
