Airmen from the 961st Airborne Air Control Squadron participate in a Local Operations Readiness Exercise May 18 at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The Airmen loaded sensitive equipment onto a truck headed for their alternate operational location after a simulated power outage rendered their main building inoperative.
