Team Kadena Airmen from the 18th Wing receive weapon familiarization training from a U.S. Army Green Beret from 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), while recuperating after a land navigation course as part of a multi-day field training event Aug. 20, 2019, at the Jungle Warfare Training Center, Camp Gonsalves, Japan. The Special Forces detachment is a tactical team of conducting the full spectrum of special operations to achieve U.S. policy objectives.
