Gen. Terrence O’Shaughnessy, Pacific Air Forces commander, met with squadron, group and wing leadership to listen to suggestions and discuss the Squadron Revitalization Program at Kadena Air Base, Japan, May 10, 2018.

The program is designed to provide greater flexibility and authority to execute missions in the best interest of a commander’s respective squadron and the Airmen that work within them. This involves more direct decision making when it comes to enlisted performance reports, assignments and Air Force Instruction interpretation at the squadron level.

O’Shaughnessy also met with, and coined, several Airmen prior to departing Kadena AB.
