KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Okinawan citizens were invited onto Kadena Air Base, Japan, Oct. 31, 2019, to participate in trick-or-treating and share in the festivities with their U.S. neighbors. The event enabled service members to share traditional holiday customs with children from surrounding neighborhoods as one of many different types of community relations programs designed to build trust and understanding.
