KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Dr. Ravi Chaudhary, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Energy, Installations, and Environment, meets with U.S. Air Force Col. Nicholas Evans, 18th Wing commander, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. Chaudhary is responsible for formulating, reviewing, and execution of plans, policies, programs, and budgets to meet Air Force mission standards.
