Team Kadena inducts new NCOs

KADENA AIR BASE, Japan --  Team Kadena welcomed newly promoted staff sergeants to the NCO tier during an induction ceremony at the Rocker NCO Club May 8.

Col. Jeffrey Ullmann, 18th Mission Support Group commander and Chief Master Sgt. Ramon Colon-Lopez, 18th Wing command chief, hosted the ceremony as part of an all-day seminar that covered various topics concerning the transition from Airman to NCO.

"Inducting our new non-commissioned officers is a significant milestone," said Tech. Sgt. Andrew Kehl, Kadena 5/6 Club induction committee member. "This is the official charge into the NCO corps and we wanted to ensure we made it a memorable and informative event for them."
