Team Kadena recognizes 2012 volunteers

KADENA AIR BASE, Japan --  A ceremony recognizing Team Kadena volunteers during 2012 was held April 15 in the Rocker NCO club here.

Together, these volunteers contributed 512,519 hours of service to the Kadena community, which would equate to $11,167,790 at local minimum wage.

Kati Molloy, wife of Brig. Gen. Matt Molloy, 18th Wing commander, guest spoke during the ceremony and thanked the volunteers for their hard work over the year.
