KADENA AIR BASE, Japan --  A neon-lit display portrays cultural highlights of the island of Guam during an Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage (AAPIH) luncheon at the Rocker Enlisted Club, Kadena Air Base, Japan, May 16, 2019.
