Contractor killed in motorcycle accident Published Sept. 24, 2012 By 18th Wing Public Affairs KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- A civilian contractor assigned to Kadena Air Base died Sunday as a result of a single motorcycle accident in Uruma City, Okinawa. Rashad Jackson, a quality insurance inspector, was rushed to Nakagami Hospital after his motorcycle collided with a tree. "We are deeply saddened by the loss of a fellow Shogun Warrior," said Brig. Gen. Matt Molloy, 18th Wing commander. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to Rashad's family and friends during this difficult time." The accident is under investigation.
