Gen. Norton Schwartz visits Bagram
Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz awards the Distinguished
Flying Cross to Capt. Elliot Milliken, an HH-60G Pave Hawk pilot, at Bagram
Airfield, Afghanistan, April 23, 2012. Milliken was awarded the
Distinguished Flying Cross for extraordinary achievement while in aerial
