Memorial service set for deceased Airman

KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- A memorial service in honor of Airman 1st Class Michael Reio is scheduled for 2 p.m. Sept. 15 at Chapel One here.

Airman Reio, a 20-year-old Knowledge Operations Manager assigned to the 353rd Special Operations Group, died from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle accident here about 7 p.m. Sept. 9.

The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
