ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam --  Technical manuals are the bible Air Force maintainers use when repairing jets. There are no shortcuts when you're dealing with a multi-million dollar aircraft like the F-15. But what happens when you have a McIvor on your staff? Meet SSgt Dennis McIvor. Although spelled differently than the TV show hero, he's nonetheless, a McIvor working as a repair and reclamation craftsman ...
