General Cartwright's Arrival
Colonel Kenneth Wilsbach, 18th Wing commander, welcomes Gen James Cartwright, Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to Kadena Air Base July 21. Gen Cartwright is visiting Okinawa for the PAC 3 initiatives Marine realignment.
