Security measures to affect base traffic

KADENA AIR BASE, Japan --  An increase in random anti-terrorism measures begins here Sunday and will result in the blocking of certain streets and changes in traffic patterns. People traveling on Kadena Air Base should plan accordingly and expect delays while on-base until Oct. 27.
