Kadena Security Forces and the Army & Air Force Exchange Service continue to investigate several names and five digits from credit card numbers that appeared on a social media website during the weekend.

The posting on the social media website has been removed. There is no indication that the information posted is a security threat or that account information has been used to make fraudulent charges due to the limited scope of the information released.

The Exchange is attempting to make contact with each individual whose information was compromised; however, due to the lack of available contact data, the Exchange is experiencing difficulty in reaching out to all that may be affected.

For more information, please visit your nearest Exchange customer service desk or call the Okinawa Exchange General Manager's office at 645-7709 and they will assist you in resolving your concerns.
