Chatan Hometown Association visits sacred sites on Kadena
Members from the Chatan Hometown Association look inside of the draw well, Menu-ka, during their sacred site visit on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, Feb. 11, 2015. This draw well, which was equipped with a pulley block and a well bucket, was constructed near the central area of the village around the year 1913.
