Members from the U.S. Army, Marines, Japan Air Self-Defense Force, Air Force and Air Force National Guard from Michigan and Texas participated in the Joint and Coalition Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Response Exercise at Kadena Air Base, Japan, July 18, 2019.
