U.S. forces, Japan blow exercise out of water

A Japan Coast Guard AW139 rescue helicopter flies over the scene of a simulated aircraft incident as part of a bilateral field training exercise on Torii Station, Japan, Feb. 26, 2013. The FTX gave U.S. military and Okinawa City first responders the opportunity to train together in the event a U.S. military aircraft goes down in the local community. By working together, the two nations can ensure any future situation is handled well while minimizing damage and casualties. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Maeson L. Elleman)
