Senior Airman Jaime Compean, 18th Contracting Squadron, received the Angel Award in the active duty category during the 2012 Annual Volunteer Recognition Ceremony at the Rocker NCO Club April 17, 2012, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. He has volunteer activities include Kadena Special Olympics Awards chairman, Airmen Against Drunk Driving vice president, Air Force Sergeants Association Legislative Committee member, Airmen Committed to Excellence member and Kadena Youth and School Programs mentor.
