Critical Care Air Transport Team

U.S. Air Force members assigned to the Pacific Air Forces Critical Care Air Transport Team and 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron move a manikin onto a U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft during routine training mission on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Feb. 14, 2012. The CCATT provides care to critically ill or injured patients with multi-systems, trauma, shock, burns, respiratory failure, multiple organ failure or other life threatening complications.
