18th CS replaces PACAF's largest air-to-ground communication antenna towers

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class James Behr, 18th Communications Squadron cable and antenna systems technician, uses zip ties to organize circuits leading to an air-to-ground communication transmission tower on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Jan. 30.
