U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Jeshod Hughes, 18th Communications Squadron cable and antenna systems technician, uses electrical tape to cover the ends of old cables from an air-to-ground communication transmission tower on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Jan. 30.
