Exchanging culture through cooking

Kati Molloy, Akiko Pollock, Kathy Jimenez and Hiroko Murayama participate in a cultural exchange cooking class with members of the local community at the Kadena Town Rotary Plaza Oct. 5. Those who attended the class learned to cook Yakisoba, Mabo Tofu and rice balls with salmon flakes during the cultural exchange.
