Fight Gone Bad 6

Participants post their final scores of the intense 17-minute workout for the Fight Gone Bad 6 CrossFit event in the O’Connor Gym on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Sept. 17. 1st Lt. Ashley Jensen, 372nd Training Squadron Det 15 commander and a Shogun CrossFit founder, and other Shogun CrossFit trainers hosted Fight Gone Bad 6 for 94 team members to participate in. Fight Gone Bad is an annual event hosted by CrossFit gyms nationwide to raise money for various organizations. This year, the nationwide event raised over $2 million for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, the Infant Swim Rescue Foundation, and Camp Patriot.
