Members from the 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron offload medical equipment from a KC-135 aircraft at Kadena Air Base, March 22. Members of the 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and the 909th Air Refueling Squadron were able to transport nine moms and their families to Okinawa, Japan.
