1st Lt. Sharjuan P. Burgos hugs her daughter, Ashliyn, in Ms. Paige Miller's fourth grade class at Kadena Elementary School at Kadena Air Base, after surprising her by coming home a week early, Dec. 13. Burgos was deployed to Afghanistan in May and decided to surprise her daughter for Christmas by returning early for the holiday and jumping out of a giant Christmas gift in the classroom.
