Airman 1st Class James Morin prepares a 33rd Rescue Squadron HH-60 Pave Hawk for launch at Kandahar, Afghanistan. The 33rd RQS from Kadena Air Base, Japan, deployed the end of July to Kandahar to conduct combat search and rescue and medical rescue missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The squadron headed back to Afghanistan after returning from a four-month deployment to Kandahar in May. Airman Morin is a crew chief with the 718th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
