Tech. Sgt. Vincient Fuller, prepares to hand off the POW/MIA flag to an awaiting formation of Airmen made up of Air Force special operators during the vigil run which took place from 6 a.m. Sept. 17 to 6 a.m. Sept. 18 at Kadena Air Base, Japan. During this 24-hour run, units from around the base carried the flag in honor of our prisoners of war and missing in action.
