Colonel Kenneth Wilsbach, 18th Wing commander, speaks to softball players at the Dorm Softball Tournament at Kadena Air Base July 18. The First Sergeants Assocation, which sponsored the event, plans to hold the tournament annually. The purpose of the tournament was to involve dorm residents a little fellowship and friendly competition. Dorm 700 took the title.
