Kadena implements MiCare

An Airman goes online to register for MiCare Secure Messaging on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Sept. 17, 2013, which will be implemented Oct. 1. MiCare allows patients to request medical appointments, receive test and lab results, renew medications and communicate online with their healthcare team about non-urgent symptoms.
