Kadena initiates December MFE

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Joanna Rankin fastens Airman Arthur Steinbrecher, a victim during a simulated active shooter exercise, into a gurney in the back of an ambulance during the exercise on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Dec. 1, 2014. The scenario was implemented as part of a mission focused exercise, which is slated to run through Dec. 4.
