Kadena, Japanese students participate in cultural exchange

Sayaka Teruya, a Kokura Junior High School student, teaches Takumi Irwin, a Kadena Middle School student, to fold an origami crane at an English Summer Camp in Naha, Japan, Aug. 14, 2015. At the camp, American middle and high school students learned about Japanese culture by playing games and speaking to Japanese elementary and middle school students, which gave the Japanese children the opportunity to practice their conversational English skills.
