Japanese, U.S. officers kick off BLOG program

U.S. Air Force members from Kadena Air Base and Japanese Air Self-Defense Force members from the 83rd Air Wing and Southwest Air Component Division completed a puzzle in silence as part of a leadership activity during the first Bilateral Leadership Officers Group meeting Oct. 24, 2015, on Kadena AB, Japan. The completed section of the puzzle revealed a message “to lead is to serve.” The officers met together to practice language skills, socialize, learn about one another’s branch of service and become better leaders.
