Japanese, U.S. officers kick off BLOG program

U.S. Air Force members from Kadena Air Base and Japanese Air Self-Defense Force members from the 83rd Air Wing and Southwest Air Component Division silently work on a puzzle as part of a communication activity during the first Bilateral Leadership Officers Group meeting Oct. 24, 2015, on Kadena AB, Japan. The officers were asked to complete the puzzle together without using words or gestures to explore the different dynamics that happen in team activities. They discussed the obstacles and feelings that arose after completing the activity. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman John Linzmeier)
