A Shinto priest gives a traditional ceremonial blessing during a ground breaking ceremony Feb. 24, 2016, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The ceremony was held to officially start the construction on the new Rocker NCO Club. The ceremony is customary for Japanese construction and the user of the facility is invited to take part.
