Kadena observes POW/MIA Recognition Day

Lisa Rodriguez, 18th OSS deputy airfield manager, and Master Sgt. Mauricio Lopez, 18th Equipment Maintenance Squadron NCO in charge of non-destructive inspection, hold sky lanterns as the significance of the lanterns are explained during the POW/MIA Sky Lantern Ceremony Sept. 17, 2015, at the Kadena Marina, Kadena Air Base, Japan.
