A U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker pilot from the 909th Air Refueling Squadron approaches Yokota Air Base, Japan, for a landing May 3, 2017. The aircraft diverted to Yokota AB to provide aeromedical evacuation support for two patients. Members of 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron are constantly flying and training with 909th ARS Stratotankers to practice swift and effective medical transportation to those in need.
