A glowing inspection

Airman 1st Class Devin Betancourt, 18th Equipment Maintenance Squadron nondestructive inspection technician, pulls a KC-135 Stratotanker wheel out of a tub filled with a hydrophilic emulsifier at Kadena Air Base, Japan, June 28, 2021. After the initial rinsing of the fluorescent penetrant, the wheel was submerged into a bath of hydrophilic emulsifier.
