4th FGS, 18th LRS and 1st SOS conduct FARP demonstration

Two U.S. Air Force Airmen with the 1st Special Operations Squadron and 18th Logistic Readiness Squadron connect a hose to an MC-130J Commando II fuel tank during a forward area refueling point demonstration at Kadena Air Base, Japan, Feb. 14, 2024. The demonstration was an opportunity for 18th LRS FARP operators to train for Air Force Special Operations Command missions as well as joint and allied forces FARP mission requirements in contested environments.
