Brig. Gen. Ken Wilsbach, 18th Wing commander, talks with Japanese Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada during a site visit to Kadena Monday. According to Japanese press reports, the foreign minister toured Kadena to personally research the possibility of combining Marine Corps Air Station Futenma with the air base.
