18th OSS remembers fallen pilot, rededicates building
The Cardin Hall dedication plaque sits refurbished near Bldg. 3382 on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Dec. 20, 2013. The 18th Operations Support Squadron rededicated the building Dec. 20 as a remembrance and renewed commitment to honor the sacrifices of Capt.
