My Iwo Jima Experience

U.S. Air Force Airmen from Kadena Air Base, Japan, hiked to Mount Suribachi, Iwo Jima, Jan. 12, 2017. They visited the island to see the battleground of the largest assault in U.S. Marine Corps history. More than 6,800 Marines died and more than 17,000 were wounded over a period of 36 days.
