Title
Pretty heavy metal
U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Thomas Kelley, 18th Equipment Maintenance Squadron metals technology journeyman, removes a newly cut part from a water-jet cutting machine Aug. 20, 2018, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The 18th EMS is working to innovate their shop by training on the use of 3-D printers. When the training is complete, they will be able to create countless parts that are currently ordered, saving Kadena AB man-hours and the Air Force money.
