18th MUNS Clears Shrines for Okinawan Residents
U.S. Air Force Airman Aronde Kyle, 18th Munitions Squadron conventional maintenance scheduler, cleans off the top of a shrine at Kadena Air Base, Japan, Dec. 15, 2021. Airmen used saws, rakes and machetes to clear vegetation from various shrines, making them accessible to Okinawans who want to pay their respects at these locations.
