Newcomers to the Kadena Team may acquire a mailbox 30 days prior to their arrival. Send a copy of your permanent change of station travel orders to your sponsor. He or she will apply on your behalf and then inform you of your address.

To avoid delays in mail services, notify your family, friends, publishers, creditors and businesses of your change of address as early as possible.
If you are unable to reach your sponsor or don't have one, you can also fax your orders to the postal squadron here at DSN (315) 634-4029 or commercial 011-81-611-734-4029. The squadron will reply via fax with your new address.
