FLIGHT MEDICINE clinic
The 18th Aerospace Medical Squadron houses PACAF's largest Flight Medicine Clinic, providing care for aircrew and special operations personnel assigned to the 18th Wing and it's tenant units as well as their dependents. This is accomplished through the support of 10 Flight Surgeons, 1 Physician's Assistant, and 22 total personnel assigned to the 18th Medical Group, 353d Special Operations Group, and 18th Operations Group. We also process individuals for career retraining purposes and military entrance physicals as well as act as first responders during mass casualties, in-flight emergencies, and aircraft mishaps.
Hours of Operation:
Monday: 0700-1600
Tuesday: 0700-1600
Wednesday: 0700-1100, Closed 1300-1600 for training.
Thursday: 0700-1600
Friday: 0700-1600
Return to Flying Status:
Daily 0700-0800, 1300-1400 (Except Wednesday)
Sick Call: 0700-0800, 1300-1400 (Except Wednesday)
Closed on weekends, federal holidays, down days, and PACAF Family Days.

The 18th Medical Group is home to PACAF's largest ambulatory clinic, and as such, does not provide emergency care. Please utilize the resources below if you are in need of medical attention after normal operating hours or require emergency care.
